  • How to validate a training session?
You Have 3 Options : Automatic validation: the default data from your session will be taken into account. ⚠️ AUTOMATIC VALIDATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR TRAIL WORKOUTS since pace data is not included in exported sessions ⚠️ Manual validation: you can manually enter more detailed data from your session (time, elevation gain, distance, average heart rate, average cadence). This method takes an average of your results. Validation via watch data import: the session willFew readers
  • Can I follow a Campus plan if I don’t have a watch?
Export to Garmin and Coros watches is available on Campus so you can have your session directly on your watch, but it’s simply a convenience feature — not essential to successfully follow a Campus plan. You also don’t need to import a file to validate your sessions. We want Campus to stay easy to use for everyone!Few readers
  • How to include and schedule a secondary race in my plan?
Once you’ve defined your main goal, you can add a secondary race (for Premium subscribers only)—either to have fun or to challenge yourself during your training block. This secondary race isn’t your top priority, so it shouldn’t be raced at full intensity. The idea is to enjoy it without jeopardizing your progress toward your main goal.Few readers
  • Campus can’t find any sessions to import — is that normal?
If you just connected your Campus account with Strava/Garmin/Coros, yes, that's totally normal. Only workouts completed after the initial connection of these services can be synced to your activities. Past workout history prior to the connection won’t be retrieved. Your next session should appear just fine 🙂Few readers
  • Is it possible to add my cycling sessions to Campus?
Cycling is a great activity and a perfect complement to running! It’s a great way to work on your cardio, but it doesn’t replace running, which is an impact sport. You can absolutely include cycling in your training—we even encourage it—but these sessions won’t be integrated into your Campus training plan.Few readers
  • I want to start my program right away — how can I do that?
If you start your new program between Monday and Wednesday, your plan will begin immediately. If you start your new program between Thursday and Sunday, your plan will begin on the following Monday.Few readers
  • I don't have access to my full training plan — why?
Plan visibility is active until the end of your current subscription. With the monthly plan, that means 1 month of visibility. With the yearly plan, you get a full year of visibility!Few readers
  • How does the progression curve work in the training journal?
The progression curve depends on several factors, including two very important ones: how consistently you follow the plan and how you rate each session. If the difficulty rating you give at the end of your workout differs from the one Campus expected, this can affect your progression curve. The RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) is linked to an emoji: 😎 Way too easy 😇 Even easier than expected 😁 Very easy, as expected 🙂 Slightly less easy than expected 😐 Not easy ❌ *NotFew readers
  • How to properly set up Campus?
Campus is a fully personalized training platform that takes into account who you are, your experience, and your goals to create the most suitable training program possible. How to define your reference distance and time? What we need is a time for 5K, 10K, or 21K that best reflects your current fitness level. Please don’t provide a personal record from three years ago (unless it truly still reflects your current level). This reference time can be updated at any time. If you’ve racedFew readers
