  • How do I cancel my subscription via the web, iOS, or Android?
    Want to cancel your subscription from the web? If you originally subscribed via the web, you’ll also need to cancel through the web.   • I can no longer log in to my Campus account

    Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it. The subscription renews on the anniversary of your first payment—monthly for a monthly subscription or yearly for an annual subscription, on the same date.   • Can I cancel my subscription without stopping my program?
    Yes, you will continue to benefit from your premium subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for. Example: if you paid for your monthly subscription on 01/01/26 and cancel it on 15/01/26, you will still have access to premium services until 01/02/2026.
