What trail distances can we train for with Campus?
You've dreamed of it, and Campus made it happen. From 5K to ultra-trail, anything is now possible.
You can now plan your UTMB or even the Diagonale des Fous, as the new limit is set to 66 hours of maximum effort time. You got it — the 66-hour constraint raises a question about which distances different runners can prepare for, and this depends largely on your runner profile.
To put it simply and factually: we don’t all have the same abilities. A 30 km race might represent 3 hours of effort for one person, but 6 hours for another. Both profiles can be supported by Campus, but each will require a different minimum preparation time.
