What is the minimum preparation time for trail training plans?

Campus builds a training plan tailored to your profile and the estimated effort time required to reach your goal. Based on that, we determine the minimum number of weeks needed for your training plan.


We can’t go into all the details and specific parameters for each profile here, but here are the minimum thresholds:


Estimated Effort Time : 0 to 3h29:59

3h30 to 6h29:59

6h30 to 14h59:59

15h to 19h59:59

20h to 66h59:59

Minimum Training Duration : 10 week of training

14 weeks of training

18 weeks of training

22 weeks of training

26 weeks of training
