How do I cancel my subscription via the web, iOS, or Android?


Want to cancel your subscription from the web?


If you originally subscribed via the web, you’ll also need to cancel through the web. To do so, log in to your Campus account:


  1. Go to My Account > My Subscription

  1. Click Cancel My Subscription


The cancellation of the subscription will take effect at the end of the current period (whether it’s a monthly or annual subscription).


Want to cancel your subscription from iOS?


If you’d like to leave us and you subscribed via the mobile app on an Apple device, here’s how:


  1. Open your Settings app

  1. Tap your name to access your Apple account

  1. Tap the "Subscriptions" section

  1. Tap on the Campus.Coach subscription

  1. Tap "Cancel Subscription"


The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You can also find more info here: Apple Support

Want to cancel your subscription from Google Play?


If you’d like to leave us and subscribed via the mobile app on an Android device, here’s how:


  1. Open the Google Play Store

  1. Tap your profile icon and make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used on Campus

  1. Tap "Payments & Subscriptions"

  1. Tap the Campus.Coach subscription

  1. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

  1. Confirm and follow the final steps


Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). More info available here: Google Play Support
