Subscription Billing and Invoices

Invoice: You can download an invoice directly from your Campus account in the "My Account" > "My Subscription" > "My Invoices" section by clicking on the green download icon.

Proof of Payment: To request a proof of payment, please contact support directly at support@campus.coach or through the orange chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen from your Campus account.

Bank fees in addition to the subscription charge: Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this issue… On our side, we cover all possible bank fees with our payment provider (which takes more than 3% of the subscription cost). Over 95% of our other users don’t experience additional banking fees, so this is very rare. However, if you’re affected, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
