I train with a club once a week — can that replace a Campus intense session?
On Campus, we suggest a minimum recovery time between two intense sessions. So, your club’s intense session can replace the intense session planned in your Campus week. Ideally, you should try to do a session that’s fairly similar to the one recommended in your plan, so you stay on track and give yourself the best shot at reaching your goal!
