Articles on: Adjusting/Modifying your training plan

I stopped my program and now I don't have enough time to prepare for my race with a new plan — what should I do?

It's not possible to go back…

As mentioned multiple times on the website and in the app, any action taken on your current plan is IRREVERSIBLE.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to guide you properly toward this goal anymore. However, some adjustments may still be possible — within reason.

  • If you're missing 1 to 2 weeks of preparation: some adaptations can be made, such as modifying the distance or elevation of your race. These adjustments will need to be made on your end.

  • If you're missing more than 2 weeks of preparation: we prefer not to take any risks, even if you're an experienced runner. In this case, Campus will no longer be able to support you for this goal.

If you have another goal later in the season that fits within our training constraints, you can set it as your main objective. That way, you can include your other race as part of your training. If you need advice in this situation, feel free to reach out to us through the support chat 😊
