How can I add a run completed outside my training plan?

Did you go for a run with friends, join a blablarun, or simply add an extra session alongside your training plan? You can now add it directly in the app so your tracking reflects all the kilometers you run.

Why add a run outside your plan?

The runs you complete outside your training plan are also part of your progress. By adding them to your history, you get a more accurate view of your activity and all your training sessions.

How can I add a run?

From your Home screen:

  1. Tap Add a session.
  2. Select the type of run you want to add.
  3. Add your session:
    • Manually, by entering your run details.
    • By importing it from a compatible service or device.

Which services are compatible?

You can import a run completed with:

  • Garmin
  • COROS
  • Suunto
  • Apple Watch (watchOS)
  • Strava
  • Campus Tracker

Does this run replace a session from my training plan?

No. Runs added outside your plan are used to complete your tracking, but they do not replace the sessions scheduled in your training plan.
Your training plan remains your main program, while additional runs are recorded as a complement.
