The number of sessions per week depends on several factors and your runner profile.



The higher the km/effort of your trail objective, the greater the training load required to be adequately prepared. It's important to be aware of the workload and time commitment needed for a proper preparation before setting your goal. In practical terms, a trail training plan with Campus includes a minimum of 3 training sessions per week and can go up to 6 sessions weekly. From a minimum of 6h30 of estimated race effort, you’ll have at least 4 sessions per week, regardless of your profile.
