Can I change the duration of my training plan?

The minimum duration of a training plan with Campus is 12 weeks. This length is designed to optimize your progress and reduce the risk of injury. This duration cannot be changed or adjusted under any circumstances.
So make sure to enter the correct race date in your plan settings if you're training for a race goal.

Good to know: For a 5K training plan, the minimum duration is 8 weeks. For a trail race, the duration will depend on your profile and the characteristics of the race.

If you’ve already started your plan but weren’t able to complete the first week for any reason, you’ll need to cancel it ( please note: this action is final and cannot be undone) and start a new plan — just make sure you still have the required minimum number of weeks for your Campus training.
