How does Campus calculate my training paces?
All the race times you enter are taken into account, but the most recent one carries the greatest weight in the calculation. To ensure your training paces are accurate, only enter performances achieved at maximum effort.
If your training paces no longer reflect your current fitness level, you can complete an all-out 1,500 m or 5 km time trial and then add the result to your Personal Bests. At the beginning of your training plan, an assessment session is also included to provide a reliable reference time.
If your most recent race times come from trail races but you're now training for a road race, it's highly recommended to complete this assessment session on the road so your training paces can be adjusted as accurately as possible.
